90-home modular build-to-rent community in Asheville, North Carolina

Belle Meadow includes 60 duplex units and 30 single-family homes. All 90 modular homes were set over approximately six months as part of a coordinated factory-to-field construction program.

The project gave the Quartz team experience executing modular construction repeatedly at community scale—coordinating factory production, transportation, site readiness, setting, and field completion across multiple home types.
